1. Shipping Within the UAE

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders above AED 200.

Standard Shipping: For orders below AED 150, a flat shipping rate of AED 15 applies.

Delivery Timeline: Orders typically take 2 - 4 working days to be delivered. Please note that this timeline excludes weekends and public holidays.

Out-of-Service Areas: For locations outside major city limits, delivery may take 7 - 8 business days. In some cases, orders may be delivered to the nearest courier office based on their delivery schedule. Please note that additional charges may apply for remote area deliveries.

2. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your journey from "Sands to Street":

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been processed.

Tracking: Once your Air Way Bill (AWB) number is generated, you will receive email and mobile notifications with your tracking details. You can track your shipment directly on our carrier’s website using the provided AWB number.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your packed items, ensuring accurate pricing for your delivery destination.

4. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy:

Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if the request is received before the order has been processed or approved.

After Processing: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
